VACANCY – ASSITANT STOREKEEPER

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Assistant Store Keeper at our esteemed establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the overall management and maintenance of the store, ensuring efficient operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Store Keeper in managing inventory, stock control, and ordering of supplies.
2. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including organizing shelves, restocking items, and performing general housekeeping tasks.
3. Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory levels, sales, and stock movements.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by attending to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
5. Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
6. Support the implementation of promotional activities and sales campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.
7. Participate in regular store inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.
3. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
