It is quite tempting in the current economy to just think of progress in your career.

2. Get another very young person who is qualified for you to report and you will still be the one to train them.

So if abandoning ever crosses your mind, be rest assured that the effect is very brutal and damaging... You will struggle to get a worthwhile job, trust me on that.
