Real Estate Sales Manager/Realtor (Female)

BO Property is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our real estate sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy and sell properties while ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and expertise.

Job Responsibilities

* Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs and creating new leads
* Market Expectations are met or exceeded
* All Contracts with potential clients are negotiated
* Assisting in the development of pricing schedules for quotations, promotions,
* and negotiations
* Reports on a weekly and monthly basis
* Making sales presentations to a variety of potential customers
* Good at analyzing the market
* Knowledge about real estate
* Good negotiation and communication skill
* Flexibility and adaptability

Requirement

* Female
* A degree in marketing, real estate or any other related fields
* Experience in real estate, sales or marketing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: 120k - 300k (Based on Experience)
