Summary of Job Function
Responsible for performing administrative/facilities functions in the company.

Key Responsibilities
 Prepare daily/weekly/monthly training participants needs and office consumables by liaising with internal and external contacts
 Set up and maintain filing systems
 Handling incoming mails and correspondences
 Performing of clerical tasks
 Book and schedule flights for staff and clients
 Procure/purchase materials(tangible & intangible) needed for smooth office operations
 Preparing and managing correspondences, report and document
 Supervising the cleaning staff to ensure the office facilities are always clean
 Schedule cleaning routine for the cleaners
 Performing regular inspections to ensure the building is functioning correctly
 Responsible for office renovation

Qualification
 BSC/HND Degree holder related to Job field
 Minimum of 3-5years is required

Job Skills and Requirements
 Good knowledge of Microsoft office
 Applicant must be age 25-35
 Good communication(written and Oral) skills
