I am sitting down and going through a couple of situations in my mind, particularly as it relates to the political landscape in the SE, the emergence of Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB and the present situation of the agitations and MNK who is presently languishing in jail with no hope of freedom in sight. In this thread, I will be discussing about important lessons that could be learnt abount MNK, what he did wrong and and what could have been done if truly, the east want to have a separate country. First of all, as an ardent student of Nigerian civil war history, I can tell you that no region will be able to ceceede from Nigeria via armed conflict. It will lead to war and the region will be massacred like in the civil war, its not going to happen. Don't get me wrong, I do not believe in one Nigeria and do not believe the country will work or get better in the future, I don't trust Nigerian politicians from all regions to do the right thing thanks to tribalism and unbridled religious extremety..... I believe the regions would progress faster if seperated and you are free to bring up your counter argument. I will also take mature comments from contributors. I will update this post later today so check back ok....... |

Don't forget to tell us what you will do if you were Remi Tinubu who has a fatwa on her head. We are very eager to hear what you will want to do before she even does anything. |

Yujin:Did an IPOB pastor not tell her to poison Tinubu during the campaign season? The Boko Haram imam and the IPOB pastor are no different from each other. Both are terrorists. |

Remember to tell us what you would have done if you were Olu Falae whom some fulani kidnappers took into the bush and slapped close his only remaining good eye and closed his farm. That was a national disaster. |

PastorOlokonla:Sunday Igboho is now roaming around enjoying his freedom while Nnamdi Kanu is still locked up like a criminal. I wonder when he would be released. Just like Buhari, Tinubu has forgotten him in the dungeon.

opamoses1:We've heard your assessment of them. Now, what will you do specifically about the fatwa the imam placed on her head? Don't you think her life is now in danger? |

opamoses1:My brother, even all the free people in ogbomosho and kano have been imprisoned by hunger. They Will gladly swap with nnamdi to be eating even if they are locked inside soakaway pit. |

opamoses1:A true freedom fighter knows that the only freedom he gets is a true political freedom without boundaries. Sunday Igboho is an activist not a freedom fighter. I respect him for his ideology. |

| Re: 2001 by PastorOlokonla(op): 8:15pm On Feb 23, 2024 |
gidgiddy:I have a dual citizenship with all my family members. I gain either ways whether Nigeria gets better or crashes and I do not hold or keep the Naira. You are singing to the choir bro. |

PastorOlokonla:Then shut up and leave us alone, Mr dressing in borrowed oyinbo clothes. To run away from your country is now something to brag about. Listen I'm s doctor, I have Australian med cert, I could relocate in a jiffy, I have the funds to do so now, but nigeria is my own God given place of birth. I will stay here and fix it. Keep your seemons |

Please guys, lets not turn this into a tribal bashing threads. This is a time that calls for deep introspection and sober reflection. I will list what Kanu did wrong and what he should have done to succeed. I will continue when I have the time. |

PastorOlokonla: You guys are just too predictable. Even your moniker should tell someone what your aim is. At times I wonder if really you guys are Nigerians or just doing normal political hustle? How can the country be in a terrible situation and your concern is Nnamdi Kanu? |
| Re: 2001 by PastorOlokonla(op): 10:23pm On Feb 23, 2024 |
9japride:You are free to open a new thread to discuss the problems of the country. I am not affected by the Nigerian problems ok. It is a free world Nwannem! |
| Re: 2001 by 9japride(m): 10:27pm On Feb 23, 2024 |
PastorOlokonla: If you are not affected, then you shouldn't be discussing issues affecting the south east. You guys just love to open irrelevant tops just to keep the youths busy arguing unnecessarily. It's a normal tactics to distract the masses. |
| Re: 2001 by PastorOlokonla(op): 10:31pm On Feb 23, 2024 |
9japride:You are still not learning anything from the past my from, you cannot determine what anyone can discuss about both online and offline, even the government cannot do that and that was a big mistake from IPOB thinking it can force people to sit at home certain day or close their business on Monday. The best strategy to succeed is to learn from the past. If you are hungry and facing hardship, while I sincerely sympathize with you, I want you to know your present predicament is not my fault inugo! |

opamoses1:If Sunday Igbogho had disregarded his elders advise like Kanu did he would ended up either dead or at best in prison like MNK. He is smart guy.Pikin wey talk say him papa no wise na foolish pikin be that. |
| Re: 2001 by 9japride(m): 10:36pm On Feb 23, 2024 |
PastorOlokonla: Leave all these long talk. It's not today empires have holding other regions hostage. Empires come and go. |
| Re: 2001 by PastorOlokonla(op): 10:39pm On Feb 23, 2024 |
People are very dull in this country, little wonder our leaders take us for granted. What exactly is the business of Sunday Igboho with the topic of discussion? |
| Re: 2001 by PastorOlokonla(op): 10:41pm On Feb 23, 2024 |
9japride:"Empire", "hostage", what tf are you talking about? Have you eaten something today! |
