OPL 245 is an offshore oil block belonging to an indigenous Ethnic Nation of the Lower Niger Bloc. It was seized ie STOLEN by Military Decree and in 1998 given to Mohammed Abacha, son of Sani Abacha, to his company Malabu Oil and Gas Ltd.
