Butt notable causes of migration of some set of people due to Roman ruling of the land and latter Ottoman ruling. Some set of people not all move out of the land to live across the Europe (Germany, France, America). After over thousand years, when Hittler of Germany started treating them bad (which later leads to First World War) a group Zionist was formed for Europeans Jews seeking support of England and World power bloc to allow them settled back in Palestine. But due to numbers of years, these Zionist and Palestinian people do not have anything in common (range in language, culture, mode of worship). British settle them in Palestine, first as IDP for WW1, later more Zionist migrated to Palestine to form their country with help of British and world power bloc. Since then they keep killing and take the land from their Palestinian host.
