Farm Manager Vacancy

An organic farm based in Ikorodu, Lagos, is looking for an experienced farm manager. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience with integrated crop and livestock farming, including vegetables, poultry, fish, goats and other types of animal husbandry. Experience with organic farming principles and practice would be a great advantage.

Qualifications: HND or higher in agriculture or related fields. Minimum 5-years post-graduate experience at a supervisory level. At least two verifiable references and two guarantors.

Compensation package: Competitive salary, quarterly performance-based bonus after probationary period, farm-based accommodation, two weeks annual leave.
