Good day gurus I noticed my account was signed out of my Spotify, I tried to log in with my iCloud account but it wasn’t working. I tried to check what the issue is directly on my account and it kept asking me to sign in. To cut it short, I have been unable to sign in to my Apple ID account, it keeps telling me my identity hasn’t been verified and that my ID isn’t active. I have been unable to reset the password as well. I cant download any apps as well. I don’t know what else to do again, I restarted my phone severally too

Go to https://appleid.apple.com/sign-in and try changing your password from there first, it should work if that’s your email and you have your 2FA password |
