My grandma of blessed memory prepared these exclusively, not as part of a whole meal but a kind of snack for her personal consumption. I did not taste it, cos I never wanted to, despite the fact that it looked chopped to bits and far more presentable than what OP posted up here. At least if you’re gonna cook me a monster, present it like a beef.
