We are an established real estate management company with visible presence in Lagos, looking for someone capable to lead the organization restructure. For all roles, a minimum of 5 years work experience in a related field is required.

-ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Maintenance of onsite generators, electrical switchgears, LV and HV equipment. This includes designing, developing, reviewing, and implementing preventive maintenance activities. To lead all onsite engineers.

-GENERATOR TECHNICIAN
Responsible for all onsite generators including but not limited to servicing and maintenance.

-AIR CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN
Responsible for all onsite air conditioners including but not limited to servicing and maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL ROLES:
BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING or its equivalents with a combination of requisite training and cognate experience.
- OND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Work experience in HV equipment is required.
- HND in Electrical Engineering with an appreciable mechanical background is an advantage.
- Working knowledge in Utilities like Chillers, Air Compressors, etc. desirable.
- Possession of COREN/NSE qualifications advantageous.
Our subsidiary company in the manufacturing sector requires the following:
-SALES REPRESENTATIVES
REQUIRED in EVERY STATE of Nigeria with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience. To create awareness, attract distributors and generate sales.
