You guys just open ur mouth waaa to comment on what's very obvious.

You should ask yourself if the government increased the monies meant fr inmate feeding amidst the current inflation.

Maybe y expect the contractors to do magic and make the food multiply

They are Fg properties and they must be taken care of properly. It is renamed correctional center for a reason. It is not a dungeon.

This is disinformation!

So, you had to call all prisoners to the assembly ground to break the news that watery rice will now be served twice a week instead of 4 and all hell broke loose.
Watery rice. Lol.

All the murderers and violent ones among them should be shot to death so that food go fit reach the others.

Or better still bound them hands and foot and put them to work in big farms so they can farm their food theirselves.
ur wise ......no need for all these rubbish if it's found out with true evidence that u committed the crime no need to keep the person kill the inmate asap to decongest the prison and reduce the food pressure .....only leave those idiots with pardonable crime

Put them to work. Let them farm to produce their foods. Bind them in chains. Anyone even thinking of escaping gets a bullet

Seriously did you believe you made any sense?

I do actually.

If it was done in the past in the US, it can be done in Nigeria.

Crude but that's the best option in this circumstance.

The senate and the house of rep must investigate this. Money budgetted to prisons are being embezzled by the heads of the civil servants in the ministry to build mansions home & abroad while the inmates are hungry. The food is worse than dog meal. National aasembky should wase into the matter

Prisons are supposed to be places of reformation such a pity it has been reduced to a dungeon in third world countries. If we had a working system, bank executives, rogue business men/women, politicians etc are supposed to be chilling there.
