This is to notify the general public that the Ministry of Physical Planning, Housing, Urban and Regional Development (MPPHURD) and its Agencies are relocating from our former Office at 2nd Floor, Block C Secretariat Complex, Sapele Rd. Benin City to our new office complex.

Address: Block A, Plot 102 Benin -Sapele Road (Former Water Board Building) just before Conoil Filling Station, Sapele Road, Benin City.

IMPORTANTLY NOTE THAT BUILDING PLANS PERMIT APPLICATIONS AND OTHER SERVICES ARE STILL BEING RECEIVED AND ATTENDED TO DURING THE RELOCATION
