Can we really say that Ghana is independent? Even though I am a Nigerian, but anywhere a Black person resides, maybe in Cuba, Ethiopia or Lesotho, we are one people, the ship only stopped at different ports, but we are the same people with common history and values.

Today, Chevron, the International Monetary Fund, TotalEnergies, Ford, KFC, Apple, Tesla, and Puma run the Ghanaian economy just as much as they run the Nigerian economy as well. The earlier we realize that consuming these products directly pumps money back into the economies of people who want to keep their unseen yet choking economic noose on us, the better it will be for us to embrace ourselves, love ourselves, our food, our language, drive #Kantata Automobiles instead of #Ford.

I have shared in this article reasons why Ghana should stop celebrating its Independence Day.

I eat in mama put joints whenever I crave. KFC and Dominos are for any time I get paid. 80% patronizing Nigeria while supporting the white man 20% of the time. I’m growing the Naira.
