My fellow Nairaland members, Recitation of the following before sleep ensures special protection against evila spirits or any attack from the evil doers.

Innallaha yumsikusamawati wal-ardi an tazuula wa la-in zalataa in amsakahuma min ahadimmim ba’idh ‘innahu kaana Haliman Gafuura (Q35:41)

It is Allah Who sustains the heavens and the earth, lest they cease to function and if they should fail, there is none-not one-can sustain them thereafter, verily He is Most forgiving , oft Forgiving.

Inna Walityi-yalla-hullazzii nazzalal-kitaaba wa huwa yata-wallas-Saalihiin. (Q7:196)

For my Protector is Allah, Who revealed the Book (from time to time) and He will befriend the righteous.

Wa maa qadarallaha haqqa qadrihii wa’arzu jamii-an-qabzatuhuu Yawmal-qiyamati wassamaa-waatu matwiy-yaatum biyamiinih Subhaanahu wa Ta’aalao ‘amma yushrikuun! (Q39:37)

No just estimate have they made to Allah, such as is due to Him: on the Day of Judgement the whole of the earth will be but His handful and the Heavens will be rolled up in His Right hand: glorh to Him! High is He above the partners they attribute to Him!

Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim

1. Alhaakumut-TAKAASURU

2. Hatta zurtumul maqabir

3. Kalla sawfa-ta’lamuun!

4. Summa kalla sawda ta’lamuun!

5. Latara wunnal-Jahimm!

6. Summa Latara-wunnaha aynal yaqiin!

7. Summa la tus’wunnaha aynal yaqiin!

8. Summa la tus’alunna Yama- izin ‘anin-na’im.

In the Name of Allah most Gracious , Most Merciful

1. The mutual rivalry for pilling up (the good things of this world) diverts you from (the more serious things)

2. Untill ye visit the graves

3. But nay, ye soon shall know (the reality)

4. Again ye soon shall know!

5. Nay, were ye to know with certainty of mind (ye would be aware)

6. Ye shall certainly see Hell-fire.

7. Again, ye shall see it with certainly of sight.

8. Then, shall ye be questioned that Day about the joy, (ye indulged in)

“Khalidiina fihaa la yabguuna ‘anhaa hiwaala” (Q18:108)

“Wherein they shall dwell (for aye) no change will they wish for from them”

May Allah accept our Ibadah

May Allah forgive us

And Grant us Jannahtul Firdaus
