Oga,when it comes to expert evidences,the court treats objective ones with seriousness.he is neutral as far as he doesn't work with efcc, has no links or fundings from them whether he works with the govt or not is immaterial.you can see that the defence counsel tried to establish his links with efcc to no avail
The court will almost always accept any witness or evidence.what matters is whether they will attach value to it in their final judgment.
