Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations and staff performance for multiple locations.
* Implement and maintain company standards for service, quality, and cleanliness.
* Develop and motivate your team to achieve operational goals and targets.
* Manage inventory and ensure cost-effectiveness in operations.
* Analyze the data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, preferably in a leadership role.
BSc or HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
