I can only see ronu bigots. A road in still under rehabilitation and this is obvious the first layer of tar poured. If you are familiar with the workings of this machine you would know that it pours asphalt in layers. Some ronu bigots obviously took pictures of the first layer and rushed online to disgrace themselves
So there's another thing u pour on roads after this?
I have seen roads constructed like this and in 5 months it went as it was.
