greeting to you all,
today i want to expose to you the one of the function of guava leaf on mestruation problems,
firstly
how to prepare guava leaves of menstruation.
find 15-20
green leaves.
wash them with clean water, preferrable runing water.
find a clean pot and add 1 litre of clean water.
place all the guava leaves in the boiling pot and heat.
boil the water and guava leaves for 15mins after that remove the decotion from heat
and keep out of reach of children

guava leave tea is recomended to be consumed cold
this is because taking hot guava leaves can cause constipation,nausea,and vomiting so aviod taking hot tea.
leave it ontil it cools down to a room tempreture
"how to use guava leaves for menstruation"
divide the 1 litre into 2 cups or keep the tea in a flaslk or lid and cap.
drink 1-2 cups daily
when ever you experience pain period
however when drinking for irregula period make sure you do not exceed 2 cups daily.

Additionally,take fruit and leafy vegitable that will increase iron compound in you body
note:do not use guava tea more than 48
hours
alwas prepare and use it within 48 hours,
staying more than 48 hours can lead to contamination
(microbial growth which may cause chronic sickness)
guava leave tea can be taken anytime,
but preferred to be taking in the morning or before bed time,
you can also take before bed time.
or after walkout or meal.
however,if you are taking it for mestural cramps
take the guava leaf when you are experiencing the pain.
