Focus: The Commitment to love

The word for today
You need total commitment to love constantly. The real proof of every true love is sacrifice!
****************************************
Scriptural Reference:
"Many waters cannot quench love, neither can floods drown it. If a man would offer all the goods of his house for love, he would be utterly scorned and despised." (Song of Solomon 8:7 AMP).

Love is the bedrock of every successful relationship. It is the most important virtue that keeps the fire of every passion alive. When a man is slack in his commitment towards something, the missing link is love. Naturally, a man will give just anything to whatever he is passionately inclined to.

The attribute called love distinguishes itself from lust in that it is patient, kind, not self-seeking, not easily angered, not rude, it does not delight in evil nor keep a record of wrongdoings (1Cor 13:4-7). Your primary assignment in marriage, relationships, ministry, and any domain of placement is to be committed to love as expected by God.

Meditation: Are you committed to love as expected by God?

Dear Lord, give me the heart of love in in Jesus' name. Amen!

Emphasis: Life is not meant to be complicated if all men will be committed to love as expected by God!

Have a Gracious Tuesday!
