The construction of Ikpako-Ajoki road off upper Ekanwan road (16.742km) in Ikpoba-Okha/Ovia North East LGAs is a strategic pathway and poised to serve as an alternative route linking both communities to the Ologbo community and Sapele road axis.

Speaking to newsmen, The commissioner for roads and bridges, Hon. Ethan Uzamare reassured governor Godwin Obaseki’s commitment to delivering the dividends of democracy across Edo state. According to him the road will create a crucial connections between the two communities thereby facilitating smooth transportation and commercial activities for those plying those roads.
