Shielding him from what law exactly? Was police involved at some point or what law are you talking about?
Who did he kill? Where is his corpse? Who are the witnesses? These are the valid questions that any sane mind suppose to ask when told the bullshiit you just told us before you spread nonsense.
They murdered him simply because he came from Ogun State and somebody among the indigene youths had issue to settle with him
