Most in the IT sector dismissed this ever occuring if it were to be a terrorist group as the world's internet connectivity has several layers and backups in place.

The current earth's internet infrastructure was designed to survive an all out nuclear exchange.

Marine cables are just one of several redundancies in place that can be replaced by several Satellite based switchboards. Marine cables are meant to be the last line in an event of a space EMP attack using nukes.

Taking out of marine cables is just one step towards deactivating all sat based connections that can be done by a simple line command code from the comfort of the sat monitoring ground desk.

3. The US has a brand new military branch dedicated to space warfare and it is specifically meant to replicate the US naval dominance of the world's seas and oceans but instead in space which will see the US dominating that theatre and all global communication links.

4. Blowing up the final backbone to the earth's internet infrastructure by way of marine cables will see to the US dominating future internet connectivity .

5. 5G and 6G Satellites will replace all ground and marine based communication switch boards. That is what Star link is meant for and there are plans to roll out at least 50,000 polar orbiting Satellites to ensure total global surveillance that will be the backbone of the incoming surveillance state and digital currencies which the WEF is pushing for.
