African mentality is always about oppression.. oppressing at the expense of your brother or neighbor.. that's the reason they are ready to shed blood kill there family member join fraternity just because to gain the seat of Power..

From Senate Down to the House of Representative... They all belong to the same class of blood on there hands..

They all know who is responsible and behide the kidnapping and killings of Nigerian citizens..

Karma will share this equally don't worry..
Ask the formal senate president serving jail term in the UK..

While not saying the security operatives sitting back is okay, I believe they must be considering the safety of the victims.
The most important thing is the safety of the victims, whichever method that'll be applied, negotiation or aggressive attack, whichever will bring the victims back safely is okay.

Something drastic has to be done. It is not passive but active. There might of course be collateral damage.

You don't in an effort to rescue kidnapped citizens, empower more bandits through ransom payment.
You don't negotiate with criminals or terrorists from the onset.
Do you know that if kidnapers realize that if they kidnap someone, the government will oppose ransom payment but rather track them down and eliminate them even if it cost the lives of hostages. If this becomes a standard policy in the country, kidnapping will disappear.

Look at the war between idf and Hamas, even though Hamas is holding hostages, Israel doesn't care, they told Hamas, you can keep them or kill them, but our objective is that we will kill all of you wether you return them or not. And they've so far made good their intention as they've dismantled 80% of Hamas capabilities. Infact Hamas is begging to return all the hostages but for IDF to leave Gaza and stop the war obviously Israel don't care anymore.

The Ransom monies that these bandits in Nigeria have received have made the advance their terror arsenals and expansion. Almost all the highway robbers have switched to kidnapping and the circle is increasing everyday.

Bottom line is, don't say facing them in the bush will make them kill the hostages most of the kidnapped victims gets killed even after ransom.

Look for the highest ranking officers in the Army, Navy, Airforce, DSS, EFCC, NSA relocate them to kaduna.
Tell them to free the hostages before they can come back, they should go into the bush armed and bring back the hostages.

The hostages will be freed without one bullet being fired.
They will dialogue with the powers that be in the kidnaping business.

Set them against each other, Tell the kidnappers someone has misrepresented them and collected money on their behalf
They have to show they faces to collect it themselves. They will be lured out of hiding.

In a sane society

Tinubu ought to be tendering his resignation
what a disaster

If obi didn't resign for 13months strike of health workers, 100% increase tuition fees, increase poverty rates, why would Tinubu resign

Is Obi your president?.

The presidency isn't a place for incompetency, the result is hardship, insecurity, famine and hunger

Safety of victims does not play out in the first 1-3hrs because they are still on the move ... Rapid response from our security is needed within first hour after the kidnapping..... Because the same was applied to kidnapping operations in the creeks..... The creeks are more deadly and inaccessible yet lots of successful rescue operations was executed....

Yet Fulani Herdsmen can move around in large numbers and kidnap 100s.

Yet nobody knows where they are, how they move such a large group.

Let's face facts the North is behind this kidnapping.

Had the kidnappers been igbos, they won't even leave the venue alive angry

Some of the kidnappers are your blodas from erosion region.
