We are searching for a skilled and dependable Dispatch Rider to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to clients across Lagos, playing a vital part in our efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

Safely and promptly deliver packages and documents to designated locations, following optimal routes using GPS and local knowledge.
Ensure the security and integrity of packages throughout transit.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing our company to clients.
Perform pre-ride inspections of your assigned motorcycle and report any maintenance issues.
Provide excellent customer service with a courteous and professional demeanor.
Follow all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as completing delivery forms and updating records.
Qualifications:

Valid Nigerian motorcycle license with a clean driving record (minimum of 2 years experience preferred).
Excellent knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic patterns.
Strong map reading and navigation skills (familiarity with GPS a plus).
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to safety and a responsible driving attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer literacy (experience with dispatch software a plus).
