A Pharmaceutical company based in Maryland, Lagos requires the services of a Business Development Manager and Medical Reps to Market and Distribute our products Role- Business Development Manager Location Lagos Responsibilities • Scheduling meetings and Presentations to Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses, and other Health care Professionals. • Presenting Company’s Products to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases. • Identifying customers’ needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs. • Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service. • Regularly attending Industry events, Training, Company Meetings, Conferences, and Educational workshops. • Researching and reporting Competitors’ Products, Pricing, and Marketing activities. • Promptly submitting purchase orders to the Sales department. • Preparing Sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to Management. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree Good Presentation skills Excellent organisational and consultative sales skills. Effective communication and Negotiation skills Good knowledge of Medical terminology and Legislation. Proficiency in use of all Microsoft Office applications Experience in related field is preferred. Valid driver’s license. Role- Medical Reps Locations- Lagos, Port Harcourt & Abuja Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors and Health institutions in these regions Conduct regular interface/presentation sessions with Pharmacists/Doctors/distributors to ensure that they are regularly sensitised on our Products and Services. Visit customers to resolve an outstanding issues and seek new opportunities Achieve sales volumes and product target Build strong and profitable relationships with new and existing customers Manage deployed resources to achieve sales targets Experience Qualifications and Requirements: BSC fields such as: Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Anatomy, Physiotherapy, Pharmacology, Biology etc. in a science disciplines with at least 1-2 years’ experience post NYSC Experience in a similar role in a Pharmaceutical company is an advantage.
