Not looking someone, be it your friend , stranger, boss, older person straight in the eyes while they’re talking to you is considered disrespectful while the opposite is the case in Nigeria. It’s disrespectful in Nigeria to stare your superior in the eye talking to you

Not holding the door for someone coming after you is disrespectful and makes them see you as a scum

My own culture shock was when I visited London last month.
