A dead Aketi is worth much more than a living Bola Ilori

In his bid to show his total support for Lucky Aiyedatiwa hopefully for his own share of the state's resources which Akeredolu didn't permit, Aregbesola's man; Bola Ilori didn't only deny following Aregbesola in his fight against Asiwaju in Osun state. It's important to note that Aregbesola brought him to limelight by making him a commissioner in Osun state. He didn't stop there, he also tagged Akeredolu's loyalists as remnants of draconian team Aketi.

While Aregbesola's team in Osun were working hard to bury Tinubu's legacy, Aketi was busy fighting the fulani power brokers in his bid to ensure presidency returns to southern Nigeria and his efforts yielded positive results.

Bola Ilori can continue to blackmail the late Akeredolu but it's evident that he will never be as great as Aketi in the history of Yoruba land and Nigeria at large.

If Bola Ilori can quickly deny or or boast of disobeying Aregbesola who made him a commissioner in Osun state, then those he is hailing today should watch their back.
