There is nothing bad about owning your own house in your 20's in this hustling field you are in; it's just a matter of determination and being focused. And remember, property has always been appreciated, not depreciate, like other things we take as priorities. The house or land you bought for N10 million this year can't be sold at that rate in the next 5 years because it will appreciate. Investing in the real estate business is the wisest decision one can make. If you think you don't have enough money to acquire it at once, why not go for the installment payment? Before you know it, you're a property owner.
