A. REGIONAL SALES COORDINATOR (NORTH)
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Suitable candidate must possess a minimum of B. Pharm, B.sc/HND in marketing, chemistry, biochemistry or any other related science courses.
2. Must have a minimum of 5 years sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
3. Coordinate all the sales representatives in the Northern states and ensure that targets are met and company standards are upheld.
4. Must have a deep knowledge of the territory and institutional business of the Northern states.
5. Develop field sales action plans for the reps to facilitate the implementation of the regional plans.
6. Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume.
7. Uplift the regional sales volume to its possible best.
8. Develop and review long-and-short-term sales strategies.
9. Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.
10. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.
11. Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
12. Provide the necessary support to sales reps to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals.
13. Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives, and strategies to capture key old and new customers.
14. Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and partners.
15. Design cross-selling programs and campaigns.

B. REGIONAL SALES COORDINATOR (SOUTH)
• Suitable candidate must possess a minimum of B. pharm, B.sc/HND in marketing, chemistry, biochemistry or any other related science courses.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
