Job Title: Experienced Transport & Logistics Market Research Analyst

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced research analyst to analyze market trends, develop innovative solutions, and drive strategic decision-making in the transport and logistics sector to enhance operational efficiency and optimize performance.

The successful candidate is expected to perform the following functions –

Market Analysis and Strategy Development
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the transport and logistics industry.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Develop scorecards and dashboards to provide data visibility and interpretation to the business.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
• Identify business improvement opportunities and implement continuous improvement activities.
• Lead innovation and development through strong technical market awareness.
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events and maintain relationships with clients, industry bodies, investors, and stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on company operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business operations requirements and goals. Liaise and communicate with other departments, regulatory bodies, and service providers.
Research and Development:
• Understand markets, trends, and market analysis to decide on research needs.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
