Good Day,

Please advice which is better a 2010 Honda Crosstour with V6 or Honda Accord 2009/2010 with 4 plugs . Both in pristine condition.
I am am of the opinion that they are basically same because of the similarity in interior. Please i need expert opinions as regards engine, service parts and resale value for both which is better and advisable also looking at the economical angle. Thank you

Avoid the v6 if u can or buy from 2013 and above.( The first generation of vcm technology in V6 of Honda is prone to issues that leads to misfiring or soaking of plugs).
If you must buy v6 of either crosstour or accord from below or older than 2013 model, install vcm muzzler(it will disable VCM from shutting down some cylinders and use all cylinders all the time)

Crosstour from 2012 has 4 plug incase your looking for its 4 plug/cylinder engine.

Go for crosstour, higher ground clearance, more handsome/aggressive and good looking spacious and luxurious

First, honda invented VCM technology to help with fuel economy. So the vcm can shut down 2 cylinders when not using full power, thereby using only 4 cylinder giving the economy of a 4 cylinder engine.

The Vcm muzzler Is a device that deactivates/immobilizes the VCM in honda V6 with VCM technology from functioning thereby letting all 6 cylinder function at all times.

The early generation of Honda V6 with Vcm was prone to issues like soaking of plugs, misfiring, rough idling because of some design flaw in the VCM technology which honda corrected in the newer models.
