It's working bro. I stopped by in aba recently and i confirmed it but it's not in every part of aba right now but gradually it's going to be in the whole of aba. I witnessed this first hand and i couldn't believe it.
Just decided to make an interstate travel and for the one week I was in my friend place the light didn't blink off for once.

Add all of the governor's together and pitch them against Babajide Sanwo-Olu, their combined performance is still far below Sanwo-Eko, our Wonder Boy.
