Terror pass terror. Most future terrorists will prefer to be sent to any other country but Russia. Look at how quickly they rounded them up too. Those guys effectively escaped from the scene but they were all in custody in less than 24 hours. Three were captured while one quickly gave himself up when he saw that the others had been arrested.
