Are you telling me that one can not get 2/3 without getting it in any of the south west state ? I thought 24 states constitutes 2/3 of 36 states. If you remove south west states you will still have 30 states pus FCT.
Only north central should have such bragging rights because every winner since 1999 have won the region, while at state level, kogi and Kwara are the only state that every winner has won since 1999.
