According to personnel, said it will be scheduled in such a manner all will be within a week... people will be writing while others certificates will get screened for further studies

Now is said some people will be writing(test I guess) and others certificates will get screened for further studies. It would be a waste of time to screen certificates for those who are not writing and later they write and didn't make the bench mark for the test/ pass the test.

Except you are saying the role 0-3 years experience would write and the experience role applicants certificates would be screened.
I would appreciate your clarity thanks.

I think your last paragraph has summarized the process, though anything can change. However this might be speculation as usual. I don't take all this someone said as a fact until it is proven otherwise.
