He is not loyal. He has not been serving Kwakwanso. Rather, over the decades he has not been able to get a job for himself, so Kwakwanso has been employing him as an assistant so that he(Yusuf) and one of his numerous wives who is Kwakwanso &s niece will not die of hunger.
