ANAMBRA NEW FIRE CHIEF SITS WITH FIRE STATION COMMANDERS

It's a new dawn in Anambra State Fire Service following the emergence of Engr. Chukwudi Emmanuel Chiketa as the new State Fire Chief / Director of Fire Service.

The new Fire Chief received official handover of office on the 21st day of March, 2024 and resumed work officially on the 22nd day of March, 2024.

Today, he held a lecture with all the Commanders of various Fire Stations across the State to chart a way forward on how to deliver prompt and results-oriented services to Ndi Anambra.

They also discussed on new possible strategies to cub incessant fire outbreaks and ensure safety of people's lives and properties across Anambra State.

Engr. Chiketa while addressing the Commanders stated that his administration is determined to deliver quality services to Ndi Anambra, noting that his Predecessor did well to lift the face of the State Fire Service and he's prepared and will take it up from where he stopped to the higher level.

He urged them to be proactive in discharging their duties in their various jurisdictions and to ensure that every fire related emergency is promptly attended to and controlled.

The Commanders took turns to congratulate the new Fire Chief, and as well pledged unalloyed loyalty and support to enable Anambra Fire Service achieve her set goals.

Ndi Anambra, please be safety conscious, fire kills but we can always prevent it.
