All the people importing were not even getting it at the official price, it was the black market that they get the dollar to import and sell for me and you, so who are the people getting the subsidised dollar? Your big men and politicians, they can easily get 1m dollars from the CBN for 400 million naira and sell it in the black market for 700 million, that's 300 million profit without breaking a sweat.
