Okuama community earlier sent petition to Delta State Govt in January accusing one of the Ijaw leaders( former NIMASA DG ) of planning to forcefully annex their land.He was accused of using intimidating the community with his high connection.
Nothing was done to that petition.
The Federal Government should set up an independent inquiry to determine the actual killers.SADLY The Nigerian Army is the same body carry out the investigation.
