Entertainment Practitioners; As They Are.

After taking time to understudy the various types or genres of entertainment, I can boldly say that, actors, musicians and comedians go through little or no work to have their tasks executed.

Please let me land,

Footballers devote themselves through hours and hours of rigorous training to be their best for the match in the pitch.

Boxers spend abnormal hours hitting, spying, and undergoing some forms of trainings that only their body system(s) can relate; to be ready for their opponent in the ring.

Runners are not left out, there are trainings that runners undergo, if you are told, you will not believe it. That is why they are flexible and agile on track.

Swimmers do not just stand up and dive into the pool to compete. Before any competition, swimmers go through both mental, psychological and physical trainings to get them prepared for the swim.

Now, what about actors, comedians and musicians?

Musicians, few musicians actually train their voice(s), keep to diet, embark on regular physical exercises to keep their bodies, vocals and mind sharp. There is another class of musicians; who smoke their lung out and just step into the vocal booth to record. They are the ones I am referring to as lesser effort investors.

Actors, disciplined actors actually read their scripts, pay their dues and rehearse before any shoot. But there are those under the category of indisciplined actors; who don't open their scripts at home. They wait for production, then you will find them reading and mixing up their lines on set while shoot is ongoing.

Comedians get inspiration for free, they take little or no time to rehears, many of them smoke and drink before gracing the stage to perform. This is the only effort comedians put in to enhance their craft.

In a nut shell, I say, na actors, musicians and comedians wey de do lesser prepareation. All other entertainment practitioners they work hard for their success pass the other three.
