JOB TITLE: Filing Officer

Job roles
- Digitization of files for ease of access. Creating ease of accessing files(soft and hard copies)

- Timely shelving and location of files. Filing of residual documents following an initial transaction.

- Maintenance of clean and presentatble files. Ownership of the filing system

- Cooperating with (off site) members of the team in processing of documents for filing

- Managing internal and external audit/regulatory file requests effectively

- Attending to additional relevant assignments to ensure process and operational cohesion

Requirements
-HND and BSc in relevant disciplines
- Minimum of Upper Credit (OND/HND) or Second class Lower in relevant discipline.
-30 years and below
-less than two year relevant work experience
-must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.

Location- Lagos

REMUNERATION: 123,000
Other benefits include Health Insurance, Pension, Leave allowance etc.
