A wife is a caterer and of recent had jobs for 4days non stop having to cook meals for a four day event thus did not have a proper night rest. After the event while going home to her hubby, a man friend of the wife not boyfriend oh just customer now friend offer her a free room in his hotel to enable her have a proper rest after the 4days Hussle she decline and instead said except her husband comes along with her. On getting home she mentioned the offer to hubby, hubby declined and said it's not honourable since they have their house and would look downgrading for him to follow her to the hotel offered by a male friend.

This is the scenario where being respectful to ur husband in marriage comes in.......but some women always think its enslavement when they say respect ur husband....

Ur husband doesn't want to sleep in hotel..
U too said it won't be good to sleep there unless ur husband is with you..as in... the situation has cancelled out itself seamlessly

but the strong head woman thinks husband is controlling and limiting her ...... He should tell her to do whatever she like naaa ....it appears she wants to sleep the hotel and doesn't want the husband to say no....sigh!!!

The husband thought is not wrong, the pride of a man won’t allow him to go to where another man has offered. It will touch his ego and make him feel less.

If it where offered by a woman that’s a fine idea, they have a home they should stay home or better still let the husband pay for the hotel.

This has nothing to do with slavery or jealousy but this is a thing of respect and honour. The wife should not entertain that proposal at the first place. She will rest in her husband house, doctor wives had stayed more days and won’t go to the hotel to rest,let her go to the husband house and be contented

Please what's so special about a hotel room that she wants to risk her marriage over?

All I see here is poverty. Cos if she's the type that travels frequently and lodge in hotels, she'll see that there's nothing special about their rooms.

Since she wants to go, let her go with her entire load and never return to the house

What are they going to do at the hotel room?

Why the hotel room offered by a man? Why not rest at home with your husband? Or at most trease your hubby for a vacation.

If then wife has problems with her husband declining the offer, then she isn't mature enough to be a wife. Whi does that?

Meanwhile, hotel these days ain't lika safe before.

No matter what she should respect her husband's decision.
