In celebration of this year’s Eid-el-Fitri, the federal government has approved Thursday, April 11 as an additional public Holiday. This was contained in a press release by the ministry of interior, signed by the permanent secretary, Aishetu Ndayako on Tuesday. Campusnews360 reported that the Federal government had declared Tuesday and Wednesday for the Eid-el-Fitri celebration last weekend.
