This breakfast recipe is very easy to make and takes very little time, so if you’re trying to make a fast and easy breakfast you should definitely try this as it is very enjoyable and simple to prepare with very little ingredients. Scrambled eggs do not need much ingredients to prepare. The ingredients are listed below;

Ingredients Used In Making Scrambled Eggs

▪ Eggs [{ main ingredient} ( 2-3 eggs per serving)]

▪ Olive oil or butter ▪ Salt {for seasoning}

▪ Pepper{for taste}

With just these four ingredients you’re good to go! And be sure to have yourself some delicious scrambled eggs for breakfast. Just follow these laid down procedures and you would have yourself a delicious meal.

Steps On Making Scrambled Eggs

Step One:
Crack two or three eggs in a bowl or a desired number of eggs according to the quantity you would normally have.

Crack the eggs and pour them into a bowl, make sure that the shell fragments are removed completely, then whisk the eggs so energetically that the white and the yolk are properly mixed together. You can whisk the eggs using a fork or a whisk.

Note: Whisking the eggs are important because it would help create that fluffy and soft texture we are going for….

Step Two:

Season the eggs to taste; with your seasonings which are the salt and pepper. Add a pinch of both seasonings to the eggs. Sprinkle a small amount according to your taste choice.

Note:

You can also add other seasonings like parsley, garlic powder or ginger for extra flavor depending on your taste preference. These will give your eggs a yummy twist .

Step Three:

Heat the pan; get out your clean pan (frying pan) then place it over a medium or low heat and let it warm for a minute or two.

Then add some butter or olive oil, add a small amount of butter or olive oil and let it melt or heat up for a minute or two.

Note:

You can also use a little bit of both the butter and olive oil because this method prevents over sticking of the eggs to the pan.

Step Four:

After heating or melting the olive oil or butter, pour in your whisked eggs into the pan and let it sit undisturbed for a few seconds.

When you notice that the edges of the eggs are setting up, you stir the eggs or scramble them with a wooden spoon or a spatula thrusting it out from the edge to the center of the pan.

Step Five:

Cook the eggs to your perfection; continue scrambling or stirring the eggs as they cook. Make sure to break any large clumps or curd that tend to form when scrambling. Then cook eggs to your perfection.

Note:

You shouldn’t over cook the eggs because you’re going for that soft and fluffy and a little bit still runny texture.

Step Six:

Kick it up to another level {this is optional}. If you want to add another flair or attractiveness to your scrambled eggs then you should consider adding some cheese (grated cheese) or some cooked bacon or preferably some vegetables (chopped or diced vegetables) that’s if you’re going for a healthy flair.

After adding some cheese or some vegetables stir them up with the eggs until everything is evenly distributed.

Step Seven:

Adjust your heat; If you notice that your eggs are cooking too fast, you can either choose to reduce the heat or temporarily remove the pan from the heat in a flash then put it back after a while.

Also note:

If the eggs are cooking slowly, you can also increase the heat for a bit. Because we want that perfect temperature while cooking the eggs

Step Eight:

Cook the eggs for your preferred level of completion; you can either choose to cook the eggs to be moist and a bit still runny or you can let them cook fully depending on your choice.

Then bring down the pan from the heat. Also note that once your pan is out of the heat you eggs will still slightly cook with the residual heat left, so it’s better if you leave it a little moist and runny as it would still cook up a little with the residual heat.

Step Nine:

Serving; once the eggs are cooked to your preferred consistency then take it out and put on a serving dish or plate.

Note:

You can also add a little decorative touch to the dish by adding some fresh herbs. These fresh herbs include dill, parsley or chives.

These herbs add a little bit of freshness and flavor to your meal. They’re best enjoyed while still warm a little bit of fluffy

Conclusion:
This breakfast is very easy and fast to make so if you don’t have much time to make some other breakfast, I suggest you try this as it is very easy and less time consuming and perfect to start your beautiful morning.
