Hon. Victor Afam Ogene, Member representing Ogbaru Federal Constituency and Chairman, Committee on Renewable Energy, in the Green Chambers, has congratulated Muslims on the successful completion of this year's Ramadan fasting and Eid-el-Fitri celebration.

In his Eid el-Fitr message to all muslim Faithfuls, he noted that ,"Eid El-Fitr marks the end of the one-month Ramadan Fast, the fourth pillar of Islam, in which Muslims are devoted to intense worship and prayers to Almighty Allah.

He urges all our Muslim brothers and sisters in Ogbaru Federal Constituency, Anambra State and Nigeria at large, to reflect on the teachings of Islam and renew their commitment to Almighty Allah.

"In the spirit of Eid, let us extend kindness and compassion to those in need, embodying the true essence of Islam in the community through our actions.

“Importantly, as we celebrate this year's Eid el-Fitri, let us remember to pray for peace to reign in our land; it is not enough for us to pray only, we must be ready to speak, act and relate with one another peacefully irrespective of our differences.

Akunnia Ogbaru, joined his Faith with theirs to pray that this year's Eid al-fitr will bring a total positive turnaround which will foster love, peace and unity in our communities.

"May our hearts open wide to receive the blessings of the divine.

"May the end of the holy month of Ramadan and Eid-el-Fitr this year, fill your life with peace, joy and blessings & may your prayers and fasting be accepted by the Most Merciful.
