Administrative Officer (Part Time - 3 days a week including one day working from home)

A church organisation seeks to recruit the above named position.

The office location is located in Lagos Island

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the organisation
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a keen eye for details
• Prepare documentation for presentation by senior officials
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Compile reports on ongoing and planned projects with tight schedules
• Hybrid working – working from home and selected days in office

*Qualifications*:

• ⁠A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• ⁠Five (5) O ’Level credits including English and Mathematics
• ⁠Must have completed NYSC
- Great Computer Skill is required
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Power Point

*Other Skills/Experience*
• Ability to interact effectively with public and private sector organisations
• High level of good written and spoken English language
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
