No, sorry. The South west are not unity beggars. The south west region is enough for south western to invest IN, they don't go to other people region to decide their internal politics.

Stoopid political jobbers … just to drill borehole in the north is very difficult and expensive. To keep it running and powered by Diesel generators is far more expensive. Just a liter of diesel is N1500, so it would take like 10l/day=300l, so N450k a month to run the gen. The gen itself would cost like 10m-20m to buy and install without maintenance cost. So monthly maintenance cost is 150-200k per month. So diesel +maintenance per month =N600k.
So PO water has little to zero maintenance cost and very sustainable. Everything no be criticism
