Some where initially abandoned government projects(under amechi and odili), but Wike came and bought/completed with his money (which was actually state funds) turning them to his properties. A very good example is PH tower... I worked there... The list suppose pass this one na, most of land of the hotels he demolished are now his own...

The Rivers State Governor Sim Fubara has set up the committee to recover all state properties falsely grabbed by the former state Governor, Nyesom Wike.
Below are a list of some of the properties identified for immediate recovery.

1. The old NDDC building on Aba road
2. The mall on GRA junction (under demolition)

4. ⁠Rivers State University Hostel K Campus

I doubt if this Country will experience reasonable growth and development with these set of Criminals we call our Leaders . In the past, China as a Country eliminated almost all the bag eggs in their Leadership. Look at where China is today. How can one greedy Man illegally grabbed all these landed Properties?. You can imagine the number of other properties he must have bought with Rivers State Money and other looted funds that are secretly kept both in foreign and local Banks. Just imagine this type of crude greed and primitive acquisition of public properties.
A person that did this should be in jail in any country serious about development.
In Nigeria, he got rewarded with an even higher position; in essence to go and repeat the same at a higher level.

This is the end of Wike's political career in Rivers State. Odilii helped him and he is the one breaking him....he ended Rotimi Amaechi's political career in Rivers ..and became the almighty in River State but unknown to him was the person whom he trusted Jas betrayed him...what a wicked world...
Trust no man...He could used his tribesmen to succeed himself as the governor of River State and this could have given him peace of mind that even if this man betrayed me..., people could still benefit from him...now, he has used Ijaw man...so, most of the better position will go to Ijaw people...
