We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Manager at Codita farms to oversee our thriving farm operation. As the Farm Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of farm operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement farm strategies to maximize yield and profitability
- Supervise and mentor farm staff to ensure the successful execution of daily operations
- Monitor crop health and implement pest and disease control measures as needed
- Manage farm equipment maintenance and repair schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience in farm management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of agricultural best practices and techniques
- Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions
